Maya Jama And Kojey Radical To Return As Co-Hosts Of The Fashion Awards 2024 Presented By Pandora
The British Fashion Council (BFC) is thrilled to announce that British broadcaster and entrepreneur Maya Jama, alongside musical artist Kojey Radical, will once again take the stage as co-hosts for The Fashion Awards 2024, presented by Pandora. This iconic event will take place on Monday, 2nd December, at the Royal Albert Hall in London. As the BFC’s flagship fundraiser, TFA celebrates fashion’s powerful intersection with culture and entertainment, shining a spotlight on the year's most outstanding creative talents while supporting the BFC Foundation’s mission.
Over the past decade, Maya Jama has emerged as a leading figure in British media, with a successful career as a television and radio host. Beyond her on-screen achievements, Jama is also a prominent entrepreneur and staunch advocate for British fashion and emerging designers. In May 2024, she joined the BFC Foundation Advisory Committee, further solidifying her dedication to fostering the next generation of fashion talent.
Kojey Radical, the British musician and mixed-media artist, is widely recognized for his genre-defying approach to music and art. Blurring the lines between grime, hip hop, alternative rap, and spoken word, Kojey has become a key voice in a new wave of boundary-pushing creatives. A multi-award nominee, his work continues to break conventions and challenge the status quo, both musically and visually.
Caroline Rush, Chief Executive of the British Fashion Council, expressed her excitement about the duo’s return: "We are delighted that Maya and Kojey are returning as co-hosts for The Fashion Awards 2024. Their passion for British fashion and their unwavering support of emerging talent make them the ideal hosts. I can’t wait to see their dynamic energy on stage once again as we come together to celebrate the year’s most inspiring moments in fashion."
The Fashion Awards 2024 will bring together a global community of fashion leaders and creatives in London—the heart of the fashion world—to celebrate excellence, amplify voices of change, and support the future of the British fashion industry. The event is the primary fundraiser for the BFC Foundation, which focuses on education, grant-giving, and business mentoring to nurture the next generation of fashion talent.
